Shipping Policy
Any order over $35.00 receives free shipping. Products are processed in 7-10 days. The first day begins the day after your order is received. Following processing, tracking numbers are sent via email.

Include your name, address, and order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Seauxbelle. Because of the nature of our products, refunds will be given on unused products returned within 7-10 days of purchase.
Refunds be issued in the original form of payment and processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your items. Please email us first with your request for a refund and return label will be emailed to you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to Seauxbelle due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery. Seauxbelle is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or stolen packages

Seauxbelle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Seauxbelle will confirm delivery to the provided
address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Damaged Items
​
When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please email Sales@Seauxbelle.com between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST. Mondays through Fridays.

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
